Shipping Policy
How we deliver Yuana Aroma across India.
Delivery Timeline
www.yuana.in shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Courier Partners
We use third party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery service providers.
Receiving Your Package
Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, otherwise it will be presumed that you have accepted delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges. Damaged delivery should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the full return process.

Yuana Aroma delivers pan-India. We ship from our Thane, Mumbai facility to all major cities and towns across India.
