For over two decades, Sushma Balakrishna has been the perfumer behind scents you'd meet in five-star hotel lobbies, luxury retail spaces, and corporate campuses across India.
In 2020, she started Yuana Aroma with a quiet question: why can't people experience those same aromas at home?
Today, every Yuana Aroma blend is made by her - not selected from a supplier catalogue, not bought off-the-shelf, not white-labelled. Made. In her workshop, by hand, one small batch at a time.

Anyone can pick a bottle off a shelf. We chose the harder path: to formulate every scent ourselves, from first note to final drying. It's slower. It's more expensive. It's why Yuana Aroma smells like Yuana Aroma, and nothing else.
How every bottle is made
Three stages. Every batch. No shortcuts.
The Ingredients
Rose absolute from Kannauj. Sandalwood from Mysore. Oudh aged for years. Only ingredients that meet Sushma's standard make it to the workbench.
The Blend
Every blend is composed by hand. Drops measured, notes layered, small batches only. What takes a factory an hour takes us three days.
The Evaluation
Nothing leaves the workshop until Sushma has smelled it herself, at three different times of day, across three consecutive days. If it doesn't hold, it doesn't ship.
