Return & Refund Policy

Our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Products and services once booked through yuana.in cannot be cancelled and the refunds thereof are not allowed in any circumstances. However, exceptional cases of 'manufacturing defect' and 'wrong consignment' can be dealt with separately after due verification of proof and based on established facts with vendor partners on case to case basis.

In no circumstances the order will be cancelled. However it can be exchanged against any other product by visiting our Showrooms.

Refund

Amount once paid will not be refunded in any case. However the amount can be adjusted in any further purchases of product by visiting our Showrooms. Products and services booked on yuana.in can be returned or repaired as per usual policy of Yuana.in at the shop/counter of the store.

Damaged or Defective Delivery

Damaged delivery should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges. Damaged products will neither be exchanged nor bought back by the Company.

Exchange Terms

  • All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn and unaltered.
  • Please keep the invoice and certificate and/or guarantee card with you if you want to exchange or return a product.
  • We will exchange any item for an item in the same category. You need to pick up something of an equal or higher value.
  • Any product can be exchanged only once.
  • Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
  • The policies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Disputes (if any) will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
